Conservation Tips

At Northdale Sanitary District, there are a number of easy ways to save water, and they all start with YOU. When you save water, you save money on your utility bills.

The Board of Northdale Sanitary District currently has two trustee members. Cottrell Hayes serves as the Board President and Lesa Sumners is the Secretary/Treasurer. The Board has a vacant position for Vice President which would be a three year term. The rest of the Northdale Sanitary District team is comprised of our water operator Al Sage with Sage Water Works and Joanna Orr serves as Northdale’s office manager. Al works with his wife, diligently monitoring our wells, lift stations, routine testing of the water system and regularly maintaining all equipment to ensure everything is efficiently working and that Northdale remains in compliance with all State and Federal guidelines. Joanna is the main point of contact for all of our customers, whether that be in person or via phone calls or emails. She also keeps up to date on paperwork, collects data for the meter readings and sends out notices and billing statements. She advises the Board members and the water operator of anything going on in the District that requires their attention outside of the monthly board meetings.

Monthly meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00PM at the community building on Saratoga Dr., with our annual meeting held in April. At each meeting the current financials, ongoing projects and concerns within the District are discussed, and the floor is opened to the public for comments before the close of each meeting. All in the community are welcome to attend.
